In accordance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257, all models, actors, actresses, and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in Naughty Compass were over the age of eighteen (18) at the time the visual depictions were created.

Naughty Compass does not produce, create, or host any of the sexually explicit content visible via outbound links. Naughty Compass is a review and directory site; it acts as a search/index of pre-existing third-party material as defined under 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4) and is therefore not a "producer" within the meaning of §2257.
